OMNIA’s latchsets are packaged complete with knobs or levers, specified roses, tubular latch, a metal spring loaded sub-rose, spindle, and all mounting hardware. Sets are concealed screw mounted.
An installation template is included.
Door prep: 2-1/8 in. bore hole
Supplied with both 2-3/8 in. backset and 2-3/4 in. backset.
Supplied for both 1-3/8 in. or 1-3/4 in. door thickness.
Supplied with No. 013 T-strike and No. 014 Full Lip strike.
Tubular Latch - 55 degree latch standard for Knobsets. 28 degree latch standard for Leversets. 28 degree latch option available for knob sets by special order only. Please call.
Functions are passage, privacy, and single dummy. Must specify when ordering.
Passage function: Latch operates by knob or lever from either side of door. Uses 8mm solid spindle.
Privacy function: Latch operates by lever from either side. Push button on interior rose engages privacy; emergency release hole is on exterior rose. Turning inside lever will release privacy and retract latchbolt. For bathroom or bedroom.
Single Dummy: Trim on one side of door only. Knob or lever surface mounted, concealed screw (unassembled).
Lever: 4-5/8 in. length
Projection: 2-3/4 in.
Rose: 2-5/8 in. diameter, 1/2 in. projection

All lever latchsets meet ADA accessibility requirements.

All items in stock are on our website available to purchase. All items can be shipped or scheduled for pickup at our Edina warehouse. There is no in-person shopping at our Edina, MN warehouse.

Order Pickup 

- Order pickup is by appointment only, item must be purchased and ready for pickup prior to booking pickup appointment. 

- Pickup orders are generally prepped within 1 business day of purchase.

- Once an order is ready you will get an email with pickup appointment booking instructions. 

- Our current general scheduled warehouse appointment pickup hours are Monday - Friday 10am-4pm subject to availability excluding all US federal holidays. (subject to change)
