Product Conditions

All products will come as pictured in the listing as the actual item, general conditions of items will follow like conditions below. Any details about the specific item in regards to missing parts or major cosmetic issues will be described in the description of the item. 

NewA brand-new, unused, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable).

Open Box - An item in excellent condition with no major wear/signs of use. The item may be missing the original packaging/protective wrapping/manuals, or may be in the original packaging but not sealed. The Item may have minor scratches or small cosmetic issues as it has been removed from the box.

Used - An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. Used items may be missing parts, see item description for full details.  

For Parts - An item that does not function as intended and is not fully operational as described in the listing.This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, or items missing essential components. 

All products are sold "as-is" and without any warranty, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. By purchasing, the buyer assumes all risks associated with the use or performance of the product. The seller disclaims any responsibility for defects, damages, or losses of any kind arising from the use of the products. 

Third-Party App Support
Some products sold by our retail outlet require the use of third-party applications or software services for activation, functionality, or continued use. Because these applications and services are owned and controlled by external companies, we are not responsible for and do not guarantee their ongoing availability, compatibility, or support.

If a third-party provider discontinues, restricts, or alters support for a required application or service after purchase, we are under no obligation to accept a return, issue a refund, or provide a replacement based on such changes.
