- Auction items must be paid within 48 hours of the auction close.

- No additional action fees aside from sales tax calculated at checkout.

- Once payment has be processed and the order is ready for pickup you will have 14 days to pickup your order.

- Any auctions won and not paid for will result in the buyer being banned from future purchases or auctions on Branzoe.com.

- Any items not picked up within the 14 day pickup window will be forfeited by the buyer and you will not be eligible for a refund.

- Our current general scheduled warehouse appointment pickup hours are Monday - Friday 10am-4pm subject to availability excluding all US federal holidays. (subject to change)
