Simply flip out the foldable legs, insert the stone baking board, and hook up your propane gas tank. Once ignited, the oven is ready to go in 15-20 short minutes. Reaching temperatures of up to 932 degrees Fahrenheit with its 13648 BTUs, this roaring hot oven will finish your pizzas in a single minute. Lightweight and small, it can be quickly made compact, and carried anywhere. The sleek look comes from its commercial grade cold-rolled carbon steel shell, with a powder-coated high-temperature resistant finish. The cooking surface is a 10mm cordierite stone baking board that is placed inside the oven, measuring in at 13.25 X 13.25 inches. Gas ignition is built-in, and the temperature is adjustable. The Ooni Koda 12 is compatible with large propane tanks normally used for barbecuing, as well as small 1lb tanks with a suitable adapter.
