Description
The Nordic Ware Simply Sourdough Starter Kit is a complete bread baking system designed for beginners and home bakers. This comprehensive kit includes everything needed to bake artisan sourdough bread at home, featuring a lightweight aluminized steel baking pan that is oven safe to 450°F with a PFAS-free non-stick interior.
The innovative two-in-one design allows the baking pan lid to double as a proofing bowl for dough. The pan creates a tight seal between the lid and pan to ensure moisture stays inside during baking, helping create the perfect crust without requiring pan preheating. The kit includes a 22-page step-by-step instruction booklet with recipes, a Danish whisk for mixing, a glass starter jar for maintaining sourdough culture, a dough cutter, a lifting mat for easy transfer, a bench scraper, and a cotton liner.
